With the defeat of Bellatores Bishop, to stop the Siege of Paris in Assassin ' s Creed Valhalla Eivor had to confront Odo, Count of Paris and persuade him to surrender .
Assassin ' s Creed Valhalla Siege of Paris The Count of Paris | How to deal with Odo
When you deal with Count Odo, you have two choices: find Nolwenn the smuggler, or choose a different path.
The various lanes are north of the city.
Use your Odin's vision and find a common carrier with a key. It unlocks a gate to an outpost post with a zipwire at the top leading to the palace walls.
Otherwise, talk to Nolwenn on the quest marker.
He leads you through an underground tunnel that leads to the palace cellars. Either way will give you a decent snapshot of all the options going forward.
In the palace garden, there is a note that tells you about a servant in the eastern palace hiding something.
Go to the east gardens and follow the maid down the nearby stairs and through the cellars.
Move the boxes to the end of the hall and there's a note right next to you. Read it and it will tell you more about the welfare of the maid and jailor. Go to the next room and there is another note telling you that the key to the underground tunnels is with the jailor, who exits the doors above the palace. If you climb the stairs next to the note the jailor with the key is right outside where you exit, in the hallway along with some other outposts.
Steal or attack him for the key, then you can go through the underground tunnel to the kitchen, which will help you to a priest at the height.
Go up there and talk to the drunk priest in this part of the house.
Grab him some more wine from the wine table on the lower level of the room he's in and he'll give you the key to Odo's room where his wife was injured.
Exit the priest's room and you will find the bedroom to your right on the balcony.
Talk to him there and use any of the dialogue options, though the charisma option adds a few optional lines to the next scene. Whichever you choose, you'll get a key to Odo's sanctuary.
Talk to him there, and you'll have to fight whatever way you enter.
Should you return Bernard to Charles?
In the next scene, you have the option of giving Bernard to Charles. The only consequence of the choice is a few lines of optional dialogue later, so you can choose whichever you think is best for your playthrough without too much worry.
When you're done with the main DLC story, there's a lot more to enjoy. Here's how to complete the Hidden adventure in Roman Excavations.
Or if you're chasing more boss battles, here's where to find the Frankish Nobles.
